We provide advisory and implementation services relating to artificial intelligence and business automation, including an introductory consultation (the "session"), analysis of opportunities, and, where separately agreed, implementation work. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any paid engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between you and us. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform work at a fixed price.

3. No guaranteed results

We bring diligence and experience to our recommendations, but outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your business, your implementation, and third-party tools. We do not guarantee any specific financial result, time saving, or other outcome.

4. Fees and payment

The introductory session is provided free of charge. Any paid work is billed as set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Payment terms, refunds, and cancellation are governed by that agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership of deliverables produced during a paid engagement is governed by the applicable agreement.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site and our services lawfully, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Each party agrees to keep confidential non-public information shared by the other in the course of an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of that engagement.
